Review: I needed my windshield replaced due to a leaky seal. My vehicle is no longer manufactured, and they called everywhere to find me a replacement. As it was coming from out of state, it would be a couple weeks and they would let me know when it arrived. True to their word, they called, it at that time I had Covid and was unable to get back to them until just after it had been sent back. They were so understanding when I called, recalled the windshield, and had it installed within 2 days (one day for return). I highly recommend this shop. The repair was a great price too!!!

Review: I was traveling and only in Eugene for a couple of days. I had my car broken into(while in a public parking lot in Portland) and a quarter window needed to be replaced. I called to get an estimate and unfortunately they said it take a few days to get the in stock, as it must come from a dealer. Isaid we were leaving the next day. They then offered to clean the window area, and cover the open window with a special plastic. That is exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company, and especially Autumn, in customer service, James, the manager and Andrew, the person who did the job. I highly recommend this company, they are exceptional.
