Review: We were so pleased with the windshield replacement! Action Auto Glass (Portland) were easy to work with, they got us in next day, accepted our insurance (Farmer's), and the new windshield is so amazing! The whole experience was 5 star, from drive up through leaving the shop. We got into our car and realized they had detailed our interior, as well! Free of charge! We couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend Action Auto Glass to anyone looking for a windshield replacement business!!

Review: My daughter's car got broken into on a Friday afternoon with a rainy weekend ahead. I called at about 4pm and Jimmy told us to be there at 9 am sharp the next day (Saturday) and he would take care of us. By 9:45 we had a new rear door window! I love that there are people like this in the world! Thanks Jimmy!

They picked up my car because of the rain and changed the windshield at their shop and then brought her home in perfect condition. They also charged a fraction of what Safelite wanted for OEM parts. Review: Speedy and very reasonably priced shop! They got the work on my car done within just a few hours, having replaced the busted side window and thoroughly vacuumed all the crumbled glass bits that were strewn throughout the back of my car.Highly recommend, whereas I would absolutely not recommend leaving your car parked at night near the Burgerville on SE 26th & Powell unless you just really want to have another reason to visit Action Auto Glass. 😉

Review: I had a rock from a dump truck hit my windshield hard and shattered my window on my brand new Lexus. Jimmy was so friendly and helpful when I called to get my windshield replaced. Matt picked up my car and was super friendly and helpful as well and Jimmy dropped it back off later in the same day!! They billed my auto insurance and they made the entire process AMAZING- so refreshing to receive service like this and it has been years since I have been treated so well. I can not say enough good about this company and their knowledge and customer service!!!
