Review: Glass was fine and cut per my request. I did not like the 4% Surcharge for using my debit card. This is not a convenience fee. Bill is profiting off me using my debit card. I can understand a 2-3% fee for using a credit card as Visa and Master card charge the vendor these fees to use their service, however debit is essentially cash and the vendor is not incurring 4% fees from to use those services. There are other merchants who cut glass in Medford, I'll use them next time.

Review: I had a few old, metal windows that needed replaced. Bill's Glass was able to schedule a quote quickly. Once they got the windows from the manufacturer, they were able to get those windows swapped out fast.Josh did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and did great work. He was there for the quote, the install, and a follow-up. For the back office, Stormy kept in contact with me. She got me scheduled and kept me updated throughout the process.I highly recommend them!
