Review: Got me in same day and repaired my leaky windshield. My truck is 36 years old and it’s near impossible to find a replacement windshield so they recommended resealing from the outside to avoid breaking the glass. Stayed an hour past their closing time to get it done for me (on Halloween no less!) as I am leaving town in 2 days and wouldn’t be able to bring it in any other time- very grateful that I won’t be coming home to a lake in my truck with how much it’s already raining this season.

Review: Beware of this dishonest company! If you want more issues, go for it. On Fri 12/27/24, someone broke my car's back window. I called this company to come fix it while I worked. They did, but the first thing I noticed upon completion was a dent in my trunk door. I mentioned it to the technician who didn't speak much English, by pointing to the spot and he said "oh yeah, sorry," had me look at the rest of the job, and said goodbye after.I called the company to tell them about the dent and pay like I was originally supposed to. I spoke with Kim who admitted the before photo taken looked different than the after photos I sent them right after. Henry brushed off the fact his tech said sorry, claimed it was the language barrier, that he didn't understand why he was saying sorry. Was quoted $350. They said they would take $50 off to make it $300 to make up for the dent. I said I was not comfortable with that until the damage was assessed. They said they understood, and asked if I was ok paying for just the glass and not the labor. I agreed and paid $100 towards this. I also paid this, but didn't get a receipt, and still haven't after asking. They also wanted me to come to their shop to have it assessed. I agreed to meet them next day--at first... but the more I thought about it, it didn't make sense to me. He wasn't an auto body shop, but a replacement glass shop & I didn't want him making it worse.Henry, the owner, also showed up to my job unannounced after agreeing to meet next day. He came to my job's employee parking lot with another woman to look at my car & speak. I was very busy at work when he showed up 3 hrs after the work was done and we spoke about this. After things settled down at my work, I went outside to find him parked in the employee lot in front of my car with a woman, looking at it. He showed me a before picture that his technician took before beginning the work. It was very clear the dent was not there beforehand, but he kept saying he wasn't sure. I plainly said, "it's pretty obvious to me that it wasn't there before." He also mentioned that he wanted to try to look at it and fix it right then and there. I said no, that I had to get back to work and I shouldn't even be outside talking to him, and that I'd see him the next day like we agreed.I thought it was odd that he wanted to try to fix it considering he didn't have any experience in this and could damage it further. It also made me think he may not have business insurance. I called Henry the day we agreed to meet to tell him I wouldn't be coming in that day, and that I'd be getting a quote from an auto body shop for the damage. He then says "I think you just don't want to pay." I started to get angry, because I had been so calm up until this point. This was just another reason I didn't pay for the labor. Had a feeling they would t do the right thing. It seemed he didn't want to take responsibility, his company's response shows that's what's happening. He even actually said, "I think you're making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be." I'm sorry, WHAT?! You dented my car!The auto body quote was nearly $1,500. At this point, I would owe him for $200 for the labor. I figure they owe me more for the dent than I owe for the labor and they could just pay me for the quote minus the $200.As it stands right now, Henry and Kim have decided not to fix anything until they get payment, which I won't do. They claim I haven't given them a chance to fix their wrongdoing by allowing themselves or an auto body of their choosing to fix it. I will not give my car to just anyone I haven't vetted. I have already told them I will be taking them to court and have an incident report made, but they don't seem to care. Kim also literally said she "wont go out of her way to help me" when I asked for a receipt. That's ok, there will be proof I paid on my credit card statement.Take it from me & don't give this company your business. Yes, the price was good, but you may pay for it in the end with your time and money like I have. Beware.

Review: Very happy with the excellent service. My car was broken into late last night. Henry at Dr. Glassman answered the call at almost 11pm and planned to repair it in the morning at my property. They arrived as promised - did a great job installing a new window - and Henry even vacuumed my ENTIRE car which is a big deal since we always have pine needles all over the place (and there was tons of broken glass). I would highly recommend Dr. Glassman. Great workmanship - fast response - fair price - and wonderful people.

Review: Quick, friendly service! I had a gigantic rock hit my windshield, and I had previous service scheduled for the repair shop across the street. Dr Glassman was super flexible in helping me patch the windshield while my car was in the shop, making it easy for me to work with him and give him a 5 star review. Good communication, friendly service, would return here again for future chips or glass-repair needs. Thank you!
