Review: I can’t say enough good things about these guys at NOVUS auto glass. I was in Coos Bay on vacation when an unfortunate incident shattered the rear window of my brand new F350. That was about to ruin my weeks vacation. So I reached out to the guys at Novus auto glass and they got right on trying to find a replacement window. Meanwhile, I went by their shop in Coos Bay. They jumped right on it, took out the broken glass, cleaned the window frame vacuumed all the shattered glass in the bed of the truck and inside the truck. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get a replacement for two weeks, but I was only in Coos Bay for a week. Without hesitation and reservation they put a temporary fix on my rear window by using shrink wrap thick plastic. That’ll certainly get me back to California.I appreciate their efforts in trying to get the permanent fixed, but it just wasn’t to be. And to do the temporary solution without any hesitation at no charge just made my week a whole lot better.If you’re in Coos Bay and you have the need, I would definitely call these guys. They are five star service.
