Review: Huge thank you to NOVUS Glass of Roseburg!! 🙏🏻 Extremely professional! I got a decent size rock chip just before Christmas and was quite discouraged. I remembered I have $0 glass coverage and got recommended to NOVUS and they did not disappoint. It was Christmas Eve and they still were able to take a look and got me an appointment to have it replaced that week on Friday! Repairing was an option but I felt better/safer with it just being replaced. They worked with my insurance company like a breeze, no need for me to even contact them. It was not an OEM windshield but they assured me it is the same type of glass just under a different manufacturer. It made me feel secure for them to be so willing to answer any questions I had. On appointment day it went fluently. Got my car back within only a couple hours exactly how I brought it, but with a brand new windshield! I highly appreciate NOVUS for making this such an easy process and I’m extremely happy with the end result. 👍🏻🙌🏻😁
