Review: Very professional and courteous over the phone. Very polite and friendly when greeted. Explained the procedure well. A nice clean environment to sit while I waited. They finish the job before the estimated time. Gave clear instructions for the next 24 hours. They were also very conscientious about examining my windshield wiper blades that I was in need of new ones. The quality of the glass is just perfect. Job was neatly done. I could recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to have their windshield or any type of window work done.

Review: These guys have saved my bacon, Not once but twice now!!!First was a giant rock hurling my way from the opposite side of the highway and it landed on the bottom corner of my windshield only to spider web all the way across. They came to my house an hour from their shop And replaced my windshield in my driveway in a very short time.They were fast and friendly!Secondly, my back slider in my pickup shattered due to an unfortunate incident. A Friend thought they could take care of it themselves and incorrectly installed my back window therefore leaking rain water everywhere inside the cab of my pickup. I called Novus glass right away and they were eager to help and fix my truck as soon as possible. I left it overnight for them to repair. They ordered a new glass and had it done by 10:00 a.m. The next morning.Hands down, I would recommend them to anybody!!
