Review: This company sent me to a collection agency without ever sending me a bill. I called them 12 or 14 times per week and either no one answered the phone or the person I needed to talk to was not available. I left a message every time I called and got the voicemail. Eventually I got to talk to the correct person. She let me pay the bill but she charged me the collection agency price. I think the bill was about $170 and I paid $460. Then the collection agency continued to contact me about the bill over a month later. She told me she was going to lie to the collection agency and tell them the insurance covered it. That must not have worked out because the collected agency called me. I told them the truth about what took place and sent them the statements showing I paid. I don't know what will happen next but I do know, I will never work with NW Windshields Plus again. This could have been avoided by sending me an invoice or calling me if the invoice got lost or went unanswered. They have my cell number, home address, mailing address and my work address where the install took place. My work is about 4 miles from NW Windshields Plus. This could have been handled with just a little thought.
