Review: I reached out to Rimrock Auto for a windshield replacement. Brian was very helpful over the phone with finding the right windshield for my vehicle. They were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day. Which was amazing! I received great customer service upon arrival. It was nice to receive a warm welcome while having my infant. As a first time mom that means a lot as going out in public can be nerve racking. Rimrock completed the replacement & calibration quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have all great things to say about these guys. Highly recommend with your auto glass needs.

Review: I do not recommend Rimrock Auto Glass in Redmond, OR.Took my car there to replace my windshield and when I got my car back my windshield wiper blades no longer worked.After having to take my car to a legitimate autoshop, I was informed the idiot put the windshield wiper arms on the wrong side which blew both motors.Would they cover the total cost of the labor and equipment I had to pay? Nope. Just what I needed with a newborn.

Job done perfectly and quickly. Casey was terrific, very pleasant and professional. He faced a couple obstacles, (due to the condition of the vehicleI) and still completed a prompt and professional job. I highly recommend this local business.

Here I was charged a fair price and I was in and out in around 15 minutes.The staff was really kind as well.Overall, we were happy with the whole experience and this shop will be our go to from now on!
