Review: SUPER frustrated with this location and the lack of professionalism. We came in on Sat Nov 9th to get the back window replaced. I gave 2-stars because we're thankful that the actual window was put in, but that is it.Upon our completed service we were told/explained about their review process throughly! However, its not a great idea to ask a customer for a review if you damaged their vehicle and tried to keep quiet about it...My husband & I do a walk around of the car and notice a few things.1. There is a 3-inch gap between the top of my rear lights and the window. It is not flushed and does not sit correctly.2. A back panel around my glass is just flopping around! My husband goes inside to get the tech who completed the service and we told him that my car was not like this and asked what happened?! He states its just cosmetic. Ummm, my car was cosmetically fine with the exception of my glass when I brought it in today, so while it may be cosmetic to YOU, it is my vehicle and I expect to receive my car back in the same condition as I gave it to you in. He tells me that the spacers broke when he was disassembling. So he knew about it and was going to send me on my way unless I said something? That is NOT OKAY!He tells me that they don't have the off-brand spacers to put in (he broke my factory ones) and he'll have his manager call me on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I have heard nothing.I had to call into customer service and set up a mobile service with a different location to come out and fix someone else's problem.3. The tech did a HORRIBLE job at removing the broken glass. I wouldn't be surprised at this point if he didn't clean any of the glass. There are still shards around my glass, on the top trim of the window, and a bunch fell inside the panel.If this problem does not get fixed upon my service next week, I will be filing a lawsuit.Everything has been documented and recorded. I do not recommend this location to anyone!
