Review: Beware I hired united auto glass bought their windshield for my 64 impala and to install it. Windshield is not even installed correctly, it leaks. I also paid for the trim to be installed and Jason chipped my new paintjob in several places. I messaged him to install it correctly and after 4 weeks he finally answered me said he was on "vacation". I called Rick and left a message about this. It's been 3 days and no response. I suggest using another company. First red flag is he only accepts cash.

Review: They got the job done and fast but left me a nice mess to clean…. I am not sure how it usually works but I would put a cover over dash to protect from debris. And at least try to clean up after ourselves. This was also inside my garage and a huge mess of old sealant clippings and grinder dust all over the garage floor as well. (did not even say anything about it or try to clean anything up, honestly if he had said something I probably would have said not to worry.) At least picked up big stuff off the floor but literally everything was left. I also just had cleaned up the vehicle so it was not dirty.

Review: I may not love having a cracked windshield, but I do love United Auto Glass! Today was my second time using their services. The first time they came to my home in OC, and the second time was at my workplace in Clackamas. Both times I called, I got the most friendly, hilarious man, who really helped make light of an otherwise frustrating situation (the damage shown below is courtesy of a red light runner who kicked a rock up on the freeway). The work itself was preformed within the estimated time frame & was completed with professionalism. Paying my invoice over the phone was a breeze. In summary, United Auto Glass offers affordable repair services with NO long hold times, fast & efficient scheduling, & outstanding customer service. I would recommend United Auto Glass to absolutely anyone needing auto glass repair!

Review: What a nice experience! My insurance questions were answered by a very fun, happy lady. We set up a time and date to replace my Toyota windshield. The tech. was on time, friendly and appreciated my dry garage to work in. He finished in about 15 minutes while I watched and asked questions. What GREAT service and so easy to work with.
